If At First You Don’t Succeed, Modify!

Posted by BBSuccess

Jeannette T. is 76 years old. When she realized that she was categorically obese, had constant lower back pain and was unable to sit for more than 5 minutes at a time, she knew that she needed some help.

Jeannette got a recommendation from her daughter, Jennifer, who suggested that she try out Tai Cheng. Jeannette had begun to assume that her aches and pains were all a part of "getting old" and that she was stuck with the discomfort. Not so!

Even though it was hard at first, she said that she trusted the process. She showed up every day, pushed play, and modified where she had to! In the end, Jeannette lost 12 lbs, but more importantly gained a new sense of self, youth and vitality!

Jeannette, thanks for sharing your story with us!! Let's all wish her a happy birthday as she turns 77 next month.
